As one of our favourite places to ski and one of the four incredible resorts we work in, we wanted to formally introduce you to the fantastic Reberty 2000. We created a set of criteria all our resorts had to meet, and Reberty 2000 passed with flying colours. As part of the Three Valleys, we knew it’d provide incredible ski opportunities, beautiful views, and a ski holiday that will go down in history.

Where is Reberty 2000?
If you’ve never heard of Reberty 2000, don’t worry. You’ll know everything there is to know by the end of this article. Reberty is quite small and is known as a ‘satellite resort’. Satellite resorts are cute little hubs that sit on the outside of other, larger resorts. They are incredibly well-connected and have ski lifts that can take guests directly to the closest main resort.
In this spirit, Reberty 2000 is the perfect location. As part of the biggest ski area in the world, a trip to Reberty means having access to the entirety of the Three Valleys. But, unlike other resorts, once you finish skiing for the day, you can escape into mountainous tranquillity.
The closest major resort to Reberty 2000 is Les Menuires. The ‘Belle-Menuires’ resorts are a collection of satellite resorts that surround it – Reberty being one of them. History of Reberty 2000
This up-and-coming resort only opened in 2000 – its name being a nod to both this fact and (more importantly) its altitude. But since then, the resort has garnered a reputation for being great value and a great location. Thanks to its relative newness, its design and look are much sleeker than that of nearby bigger resorts. Thankfully, the time that has gone by since its opening has not diminished that.

Les Trois Vallées is in South Eastern France in the Alps. Some resorts in the region date all the way back to the 1930s, and it’s a haven of traditional alpine skiing and the lifestyle that comes along with it.

For skiing, once you’ve got your equipment, all you need to do is jump on a lift, and you’ll be on your merry way. But when it comes to things like food and shops, you don’t want to have to board a lift just for a drink!
Thankfully, Reberty Ski Resort has everything you’ll need on your ski holiday. As with all our resorts, you’ll find a ski school (with capabilities for teaching children and adults alike), a bar and restaurant, a ski shop, and a supermarket.

What are the Three Valleys?
The three original valleys that made up the famous Three Valleys ski area are Saint-Bon, Allues, and Belleville. Since then a fourth valley has since been added. Despite the Maurienne Valley now being included, the area name has not been updated and is still known as the Three Valleys.

How Many Ski Resorts Are There in the Three Valleys?
There are eight major ski resorts in the Three Valleys area, with a further nine sub-resorts – Reberty 2000 being one of them. The main resorts are Courchevel, La Tania, Meribel, Brides-les-Bains, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, and Orelle. Each resort offers fantastic ski opportunities in the biggest ski area in the world.
Where Do You Fly Into For the Three Valleys?
There are some small airports closer to the Alps, but the major ones are Geneva and Lyon. Lyon is our preferred airport at Ski Vertigo. No matter the resort you choose, all our package ski holidays fly into and out of Lyon. It works perfectly because all our resorts are only around a three-hour transfer from it.
