We wish to hold guest and employee data in a responsible and secure manner that is fully compliant with GDPR regulations.

We will only hold data that is necessary for clear and relevant communications with our prospective guests, guests, employees and suppliers.

Where data is held for marketing purposes we will ensure we have specific consent. We will ensure that opting out of further communications is a simple process.

We will ensure that all of our suppliers handle data in a similarly conscientious manner.

If there is any breach we will report it within 72 hours.

 

 

 

Guest data policy

We will retain data for booked guests for five years. We consider individuals who have travelled with us within the past five years (or who have booked but subsequently cancelled) to be actively interested in our products and services. They will therefore receive marketing messages, unless they have opted out of communications.

Data will be held in two places:

  1. Our booking system
  2. Our  email marketing / CRM software

 

 

 

Prospective guest data policy

We will only send marketing materials and messages to individuals who have directly expressed an interest in our products and services and have consented to receiving messages. We will retain information for prospective guests for three years unless they opt out of further contact from Ski Famille Ltd.
