Our executive chef is Leiths Cookery School trained and has worked at the Pig and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Six evenings a week we offer a three course meal in the chalet with Prosecco to start and a choice of French wines. Five mornings a week we provide cooked and continental breakfast and a full self serve selection for our chalet staff day off.
