Introducing Chalet Pégase
Chalet Pégase is offered self-catered for the 2026/27 season. You keep the same ski-in, ski-out location with flights and transfers included, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to cook on your own schedule.
Security deposit: Our reservations team will collect a £500 security deposit when your holiday balance is due.
Stand-alone chalets are a rarity in Val Thorens and even more so when they are ski-in, ski-out. If it’s a good location you’re after, then Chalet Pégase and Chalet Véga are both housed in Chalet Alrock, situated on piste, next to the brand new Sports Centre, just below the central Place du Caron. They are both run separately.
Chalet Pégase gives you direct access to the piste so you just need to clip in, and off you go, either down to the bottom of the magic carpets (for beginners) or down to Les Menuires or to the various chairlifts and gondolas that open up access to all of the Three Valleys and the glacier.
Chalet Pégase takes up the first and second floor of Chalet Alrock. The comfy lounge/diner is on the upper floor, is south facing and when you’re out on the terrace balcony, you overlook the piste with views onto Massif de Peclet, Cime Caron and Pointe de la Masse. There is also a fireplace for a bit of extra cosiness and atmosphere on those cold winter nights.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor and three are on the second, each with their own shower room and wc and some with balcony/terrace to soak up the sun.
At Ski Vertigo, we create and operate all our holidays ourselves. We have crafted a package for skiers and snowboarders including flights and operate hand-picked chalets which are staffed with our own people, trained to the highest standards.
As a package ski operator, we make your life easy by offering a one-stop shop for buying your ski chalet holiday. When you buy from us, the whole holiday package is included; flights, transfers and chalet accommodation. And we even can add-on great deals on ski extras; lift passes, ski and snowboard hire and tuition.

Resort Info
The Ski Area
Val Thorens needs no introduction; at 2,300m altitude with glacier skiing over 3,000m, you are guaranteed to have snow throughout the winter. The Belleville valley has fabulous skiing in itself from Val Thorens, through Les Menuires and down to St Martin de Belleville, but the massive Three Valleys has over 600kms of pistes altogether.

The Resort
Chalet Pégase is situated on the piste near the village centre and just down from Place du Caron. The resort centre offers a wide selection shops, bars, restaurants and clubs giving a large selection of après-ski activities from a quiet beer to taking the zip wire across the valley!
Travel Info
Flights
Flights are with Jet2 on a scheduled service from Manchester to Lyon.
Outbound: LS945 at 0645 from MAN with arrival at 0945 into LYS
Inbound: LS946 at 1035 from LYS with arrival at 1135 into MAN
Transfers
Coaches will be waiting outside the terminal in Lyon to transfer you directly to Reberty 2000 and Val Thorens in the Belleville valley. On the return, you will be transferred directly to Lyon by coach. Transfer time to/from resort is approx. 3 hours under normal conditions.
In Resort
On arrival in resort, all guests may need to disembark at the central bus station where your bags will be transferred by us to your chalet whilst you make your way on foot the short distance to the chalet with our staff. On departure, the same happens in reverse.
