Catered Chalets With Flights Included

All of our catered chalet holidays include flights either from Heathrow, Gatwick, or Manchester airports. We have our own private charter flight with British Airways out of Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, a British Airways charter flight out of Gatwick Airport South Terminal, and some seats on a scheduled service from Manchester. Flight costs with scheduled airlines and low-cost carriers have increased dramatically since 2020, with the seats available each week steadily decreasing. There have also been well-publicised issues with cancellations and postponements. We have committed to some of our own aircraft every week of the season to ensure availability along with predictable costs for our guests.

Transfer costs and car hire charges have also seen huge hikes over the past two years, and there are massive challenges around capacity and availability. By chartering coaches for our guests, we can again ensure availability and reduce costs. We are committed to making the journey to our properties as hassle-free as possible.

Gatwick Airport Ski Holidays

We have a finite number of chalet beds, so we buy in the same number of seats on our flight. This means that all our holidays are provided on a flight-inclusive basis.

If you would rather fly on a different flight or, indeed, drive to the Alps, then you are welcome to do so. However, because our flights have been pre-purchased and are included, there is no reduction in price.

If you have chosen to fly on your included British Airways flight, our friendly resort teams will greet you in Lyon Airport, who will host your direct transfer straight to your chosen chalet. You will be able to use this time on your transfer to look over the piste map, add any other extras you hadn’t got round to booking and ask your transfer rep and questions you may have!
